A few things people ask

Is the letter actually handwritten?
The letter is printed in a beautiful handwriting font on warm cream writing paper — the same way many beloved stationery studios work. Your copy is hand-signed by me, and every P.S. is written by hand just for you.
Can I send this as a gift?
Yes — and it is one of the most thoughtful gifts you can give. Choose any tier at checkout and enter the recipient's address. Add a note and I'll include it in the first mailing.
What if I want to cancel?
Monthly subscribers can cancel any time before the next billing date — no questions asked. Prepaid subscriptions run their full term and can be paused or cancelled before renewal.
When does my first envelope arrive?
All envelopes ship in the first week of each month. Subscribe before the monthly cutoff and you'll receive that month's mailing. After the cutoff, your first envelope ships the following month.
Can I write back to you?
Please do. Every letter includes a soft prompt and I genuinely read every reply. Some months I feature an anonymous subscriber note in the letter — always with permission.
Do you send outside the United States?
Not just yet — but it is something I think about often. For now, The Kind Mail Co. ships within the US only. If you are somewhere else in the world and you found this page, it means something to me that you did. Hold tight. I am hoping to change this answer before too long.
